ZWELDMET

ZWELDMET is a custom designed welders’ helmet integrated with camera and display technologies to stream low latency video in the helmet, thereby the welder see both the object and electrode and efficiently weld. Our Machine vision camera enabled with AI generates the path and guides the welder for seamless welding operation. The critical welding parameters, voltage, current, gas flow rate, wire feed rate, traverse speed, stick out, weaving amplitude are fetched from the machine and other sensors will be displayed on the screen. Based on the welding conditions, if any critical welding parameter crosses the limit, our AI system will indicate the welder by changing the entire display colour and also indicate which parameter is our of range and immediate corrective action can be taken. It uses multiple sensors to detect the parameters and all the events will be logged in cloud with clear time stamp and can be accessed from anywhere.
